• Self-Catering Stay: DKK 550
  • Minimum of 15 people
  • Access to conference rooms, common areas, and your number of rooms
  • Access to kitchen with tableware and all facilities
  • Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels (or rent for DKK 110 per person)
  • The premises must be left tidy and cleaned (cleaning service available for DKK 425 per hour)
  • We reserve the right to charge for insufficient cleaning
     
• Day Course: DKK 675 / 820 (weekdays/weekends)
  • Minimum of 15 people
  • Morning coffee or tea with breakfast bread
  • Lunch buffet including 1 beer or soft drink
  • Afternoon coffee or tea with cake
  • Fruit and ice water available all day

Terms & Conditions

• All stays are billed for a minimum of 15 people. The accommodation price includes:
  • Access to conference rooms with computers, wireless internet, AV equipment, a copier, breakout rooms, a lounge, and your number of rooms.
• Accommodation is generally in shared double rooms.
• A single-room supplement of DKK 250 per person may apply.
• The accommodation price per night assumes that unused meals are not deducted.
• Final participant numbers must be confirmed no later than one week before the arrival date.
• Reservations are binding. Cancellations made later than 30 days before the start of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the agreed amount, with a minimum charge of DKK 7,500.
• All prices include 25% VAT.
